Why an independent GLP-1 price resource for Ireland exists
Almost every site publishing GLP-1 prices in Ireland is selling something. A consultation, a programme, or the medication itself. That shapes which numbers get published and which get quietly left out.
A site selling a consultation will not tell you the pharmacy down the road is cheaper. We have no reason not to.
What Slim4Medoc publishes about weight loss treatment

How we correct errors in our pricing information
We will get things wrong. Prices change, schemes change, and we work from published sources that are sometimes out of date themselves.
When we find an error we correct it and log it publicly on our . If you spot one, tell us and we will fix it.

How Slim4Medoc makes money
Worth stating plainly, because it decides whether you can trust a price. We do not sell prescription medicines and we take no commission on any prescription, from any pharmacy or any clinic. There is no affiliate link anywhere on this site.
Slim4Medoc SAS is a French company that works in dispensing pharmacy supply. That is where the pricing knowledge comes from, and it is why our figures are first-party rather than scraped from other websites. If we ever do earn from a referral, that will be disclosed on the page it applies to, before you click anything.
Why an Irish site, run from France
Because the Irish market has a gap that nobody was filling. Ask what Mounjaro costs in Ireland and you get a clinic trying to sell you a consultation, a forum thread from 2024, or an American article about a different healthcare system entirely.
What was missing was a plain answer: this is the price, this is what the State pays and under exactly what condition, and these are the lawful routes to a prescription. That does not require being Irish. It requires being accurate about Ireland, and being willing to say when the answer is unwelcome.
What we get wrong, and what happens then
Prices move. Reimbursement rules change. We will get something wrong eventually, and when we do we want to hear about it from you rather than find out six months later.
